What does gocontigo offer?

Our category focus is reusable water bottles, travel mugs, insulated tumblers, kids drinkware, filtration and shaker bottles, lids, and related drinkware accessories. Current availability and item-specific details appear on each product page.

Where do you ship, and is shipping free?

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase.

How are processing and transit time different?

Processing takes 1–2 business days before carrier handoff. Carrier transit then normally takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. Orders received by 5:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles) enter that business day's processing queue when operationally possible.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is sent using the contact information provided at checkout once the order ships.

Which payment methods can I use?

Prices are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Available methods are displayed at checkout, and taxes are collected where required by law.

Can I cancel an order?

You may request cancellation before shipment. Contact us promptly with the order number. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

What is the return and exchange window?

You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first for approval. gocontigo pays shipping for every approved return or exchange and provides a free prepaid label. No restocking fee is charged.

What if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete?

Contact us promptly. We will provide an appropriate free replacement, exchange, or refund, and gocontigo will pay approved return shipping. Standard exclusions never reduce remedies for non-conforming goods.

When will a refund arrive?

After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. The bank or card issuer usually takes another 5–10 business days to post it.
